Binance Founder and CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) Suggests a New Approach to Twitter Owner Elon Musk for Generating Revenue and Addressing Bot Issues, in a Recent Social Media Post
As an approach to reduce bot numbers, CZ suggested offering users the option to make payments in exchange for commenting on unfamiliar/unfollowed accounts. He emphasized that cryptocurrencies could also be included in this proposal, and that such a system could be easily implemented with cryptocurrencies. CZ further expressed that he would donate all the revenue generated from this system to charitable organizations if it were to be implemented.
Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, has not responded to this proposal yet. Recently, Elon Musk’s changes to increase Twitter’s revenue have gained attention, including the introduction of paid Blue Ticks.
